About us
South Africa’s Club Padel League
SAPA-endorsed
Built for competition. Driven by community.
The Bear Digital Cup Series brings together official padel clubs, city by city, for a professionally run league built around competition, community and the love of the game. It’s endorsed by the SA Padel Association.
The Bear Digital Cup Series was created to elevate club padel in South Africa, one city at a time, starting in Cape Town.
Official clubs put their name on the line, selecting the players who represent them — often through open trials — building rivalries, loyal fans and a professionally organised sporting experience season after season.
With three male divisions and three female divisions, there is a competitive level for clubs across a wide range of abilities.
Our ambition is simple: to give padel clubs what every other sport already has — a league of their own, one clubs build their name and their fan base on.
Every city runs a summer league and a winter league each year, under the same rules. Next, our goal is to take the Cup Series to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein, East London and more cities across South Africa, and to add junior leagues.
A Cup Series YouTube channel is on the way too. Matches will be streamed from clubs that have PUSHIT cameras, alongside interviews with players and club owners, and club tours.

To give padel clubs what every other sport already has — a league of their own. A structured, club-based competition where clubs compete at every level, build passionate fan bases and turn club padel into one of South Africa's most followed sports.
Six divisions designed to create competitive matches at the right level.
Three dedicated male divisions and three dedicated female divisions.
Clubs select their squads — often through open trials — then compete together and represent their club throughout the season.
Every club plays each other club in its group once, about half at home and half away, creating a true league experience.
Two leagues a year in every city, each with its own Finals Weekend and R180,000 in prize money.
More than just matches — we are building a community around the growth of padel across South Africa.
Six divisions. Every player. Every level.
